SHIPPING & DELIVERY

As all Sapphire Frills pieces are handmade, every order is carefully finished to your chosen fixing selection once your order has been placed.

Please allow 3–8 working days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail using your selected shipping option at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch date)

• UK 2nd Class — 2–3 working days  
• UK 1st Class — 1–2 working days  
• International Orders — delivery times vary by location

Although delays are uncommon, they can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control. In line with Royal Mail guidelines, please allow up to:

• 10 working days for UK orders  
• 25 working days for international orders

before considering your parcel lost in transit.

• UK 2nd Class — £2.50  
• UK 1st Class — £3.50  
• Europe (Non-EU) — £10.50  
• Rest of World — £13.50

Please note that we currently only ship to EU countries via our Etsy shop which can be found on the link here.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

However, customer happiness is incredibly important to us, so if there is ever an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will always do our best to help.

Returns and exchanges on all non-earring items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
